As well as running client projects, Stallwood Building Services Ltd also runs its own new-build projects. This allows us to create properties situated in great locations which cater to families, young professionals, couples and all manner of different demographics.
Contemporary Garden Retreat – Chobham
This luxury detached contemporary garden retreat was a real pleasure project for the client and ourselves. Run with the help of Mitchell Evans architects, the client wanted a leisure space where he and his family could relax and enjoy some quality time together. We removed a half built shell of an old garage and built this contemporary building, complete with 1000 bottle wine cellar, fully functioning kitchen, pool room and media room complete with surround sound in all rooms. One of the clients passions is French boules, so a court was added for those hot summer days. The bi-fold doors make entertaining and enjoying the natural space very easy, opening up the building to allow the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. The decking is ‘Millboard’ and blends very well with the colour scheme and contemporary feel of the building.
5 House Development – Dorking
A development of 5 houses, 3 x 4 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom in Chart Lane South Dorking. These 5 high specification street scene style houses are set in a landscaped environment with a large tarmac car parking area. The development is on the edge of the Surrey Hills district but within a short walk of historic Dorking town centre. Each property has a sandstone patio and grassed garden which is overlooked by conservatories. These houses achieved, as with the majority of our properties, an A-rating for energy efficiency.
Windermere Court – St John’s
This block of 10 flats sits near the canal in St John’s. Comprising a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom flats along with on-site garages and car parking facilities. This was one of our larger new-build developments.
One & Two Bedroom Flats – West Byfleet
A picturesque development of 4 houses, 2 x 3 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom, in a sort-after location in this quiet leafy Surrey village. These houses were designed specifically for couples who were wanting to downsize. All four properties have conservatories overlooking the surrounding fields and woodland. All four houses were constructed to blend in with other properties in the area and to match the rustic rural feel of the village.
