Prestige House – Near Guildford, Surrey
This prestige house project comprised a complete internal remodelling and extension of the property on a beautiful road near the centre of Guildford. The project took approximately 6 months and was the third stage of this house’s transformation.
The 1st stage was to redecorate and turn the existing garage into a utility room and install a new kitchen, just to make the house fresh and liveable for the interim. After a few months had passed, we came back to start the 2nd stage. Stage 2 involved the construction of a large purpose outbuilding, incorporating a storage shed and two separate offices for the clients to use for work.
Once this was finished, and a few months later, we began stage 3. This allowed us to completely clear the existing internal layout of this house and extend. This included installing a large new steel structure to allow for a new extension to the back of the house incorporating three large lanterns lights.
Upstairs, we were able to reconfigure the layout to include 4 bedrooms with a new master suite with en-suite bathroom and a shared family bathroom.
The interior design element of this project was completed by Sadie Pizzey Interiors – and attained a Silver award in the London Design Awards in 2023.
